Infofree is subscription-based service that gives users access to unlimited sales leads. Founded and backed by the people who compiled the first business databases and invented database marketing. We are one of the most trusted and qualified sales leads services. With Infofree’s system, you get unlimited search and view of millions of business and consumer sales leads along with a free CRM.

To signup for an Infofree subscription you can fill out a Free Trial form, visit our Pricing Page and chose the best option for you, or call us at 877.448.0101 during regular business hours.

Infofree is for salespeople and businesses who want to find new customers and grow their sales. We work with individual salespeople and scale up to Enterprise customers on the Fortune 500. This is not a get-rich quick scheme; there is hard work involved so our platform is not for everyone.

The amount of users you can have depends on the package you choose. We have packages that range from 1 user to 10 users and enterprise options.

Free Trial

To get started with a free trial visit our free trial page and fill out the registration form. Once you have submitted the form one of our sales representatives will be in touch shortly to get you set up.

A free trial lasts 24 hours.

There is NO credit card required to start a free trial. You will just need to fill out the registration form.

Our free trial includes unrestricted search and view of our entire databases. This includes our 15 million Business Database and our 240 million Consumer Database. Plus, the ability to search by industry.

You can access all of our data in a free trial. We do not block any information from being viewed. This means you can see addresses, phone numbers, emails, personal finances, etc.

No, you cannot download within a free trial. We allow unlimited search and view, but downloads do cost.

To Sign In: locate the orange ‘Existing Subscriber Login’ button at the top of the page within the header. Click there and enter your login information.

To Sign Out: locate the blue Sign Out button at the top right of the page.

If you are having an issue with your account login, please contact our Customer Service Department at 877.448.0101 and we will be happy to assist you to get you back to finding sales leads.

To manage your account, log in and locate the blue Account tab at the top of the page.

Here you can view your account information, account security, change your password, update your billing information, see your payment history, etc.

To reset your password visit Infofree and locate ‘Sign In’ at the top of the page. When the sign in form pops up click ‘forgot your password.’ Here you’ll enter the email associated with your account and click ‘start recovery.’ An email will be sent, follow the directions to reset your password.

To change your password log into your account and locate the blue Account tab at the top of the page. On the Account Information page (located at the top of the left sidebar) you will see a section labeled Change Password.

To update your credit card information log into your account and locate the blue Account tab at the top of the page. On the left sidebar locate Payment. Under Update Billing Information enter your new information and then hit update.

We hope that you never have to cancel your subscription, but if you would like to discontinue your membership, you have the following two options:

1. Call Customer Service at 877.448.0101 from 8:00am to 5pm, CST.

2. Send a letter to our cancellation department. Please include your first name, last name and username in the letter and send it to:

Note: If you cancel your account for any reason, you will no longer have access to the system or your saved searches and your credits are forfeited. If you wish to resubscribe, you will be subject to the subscription plans and pricing that we have available at that time.
