Where We Get Our Data

The Consumer Database is compiled from many public sources such as local telephone directories, tax assessor records, court deed registration records and census information. In addition, the file also uses magazine subscriber files, warranty card information, online self-reported surveys, transactional purchase data and other proprietary sources. It is important to note that due to current privacy laws, we do not use or have access to an individual’s very sensitive personal information such as specific W2 data, tax return information or bank records when compiling the database. In order to maintain the highest postal address standards, the database is both CASS Certified and sent through the National Change of Address on a monthly basis.
